Services

We provide photography and video services including real estate, architectural, brand, portrait, lifestyle, product, event, and drone coverage. Project details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in your invoice or proposal.

Booking & Payment

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment terms are defined in your invoice. Delivery of final content begins once payment is completed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Creative Approach

Our work reflects a consistent style and artistic direction. By booking, you acknowledge familiarity with our portfolio and creative approach.

Usage & Copyright

DM PhotoFilms retains copyright ownership of all content. Clients receive a usage license appropriate to the project type (real estate or commercial).

Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver high-quality results, DM PhotoFilms is not liable for circumstances beyond our control. Liability is limited to the amount paid.

Additional Terms

Depending on the project, additional agreements such as licensing terms, model releases, property releases, or drone policies may apply and will be provided when relevant.

Booking services or submitting payment confirms acceptance of this agreement.
